Returns

It's important to note that in the swimwear space, due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. This policy helps ensure the health and safety of our customers.

Please be aware that once swimwear has been worn or used, it cannot be returned for a refund. We recommend that customers carefully consider their choices and review product descriptions before making a purchase to ensure satisfaction with their selection.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Change of Delivery Address

We cannot change the delivery address once your order is in transit. If you need to change the shipping address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at crew@anchoriaswimwear.com.

Order Cancellations

You can only cancel your order when it has yet to be shipped. Any order shipped out can only be received and then sent back to us with cancellation reasons. Typically, you have 24 hours to cancel an order for a full refund. Please review our refund policy.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel damaged in transit, send us a photo to crew@anchoriaswimwear.com for our evaluation and necessary action. If there is any damage to the items you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
